Connect Outlook After Changing Password

Changed password for a user recently?

Issue:
Outlook does not prompt user to enter new password.
 Resolution :
Close outlook.
Go to Start] type  Run
Type "Outlook.exe  /safe", Click Enter.
Select Profile.
Outlook should Prompt for new Password!
Close it again and start normally.


Issue resolved.

How to Fix Outlook Search (Outlook search not working )

Having problem search your emails? Follow the steps below to fix your indexing

Step 1. Click File on Outlook
       
        2. Scroll down to Options
     
        3. Click on "Search" screen will prompt you to another page.
     
         4. Click on "Indexing Options" Select Outlook and then scroll down to click "Modify"

         Finally "Unchecked" Outlook and then click OK

Close outlook or Restart outlook

Outlook is now fix .

OneDrive For Business Admin Center (Preview)

As you can see in the picture there few key features by section include:
  1. Home: This is the dashboard for the admin center and will soon show recent Office 365 Message Center posts and usage reporting related to OneDrive for Business.
  2. Sharing: This section helps admins gain control over how and with whom your users are sharing information. This includes controlling the use of external sharing and anonymous links, as well as limiting which external domains users can share with.
  3. Sync: Admins can block syncing of specific file types and deny syncing to non-domain joined PCs.
  4. Storage: This section allows admins to easily set default storage limits and document retention durations.
  5. Device Access: This gives admins control over how and from where a user can access their files. This includes allow/deny access from personal devices or specific networks as well as rich Mobile Application Management Intune policies for iOS and Android.
  6. Compliance: Admins can find quick links to the Office 365 Security and Compliance Center for key scenarios like auditing, data loss prevention, retention, and eDiscovery.

Create Exchange Mailboxes for Office 365 users

Struggling to create to mailbox for office 365 user?

Step 1. un-assigned License for the user( Admin>users>active users>user name >edit product license> turn exchange license OFF) and scroll down to save.

Step 2. Sign out completely from the account.

Step 3. Log on to the account using private window (new incognito window) or another browser.
            Navigate to
Admin>users>active users>user name >edit product license> turn exchange license ON and scroll down to save

Step 3: Try to access the user name mailbox on the web apps https://outlook.office.com/owa/


After successful log on to  https://outlook.office.com/owa/

Follow the instructions to set time zone for the mailbox.

How To Enable and Download Microsoft Teams



How to add Microsoft Teams

Step

Log on to Office 365 portal.office.com
Navigate to settings>service and add-ins
Click on Microsoft Teams and enable it. If you are unable to enable it please follow the step below to assign to the users in the organisation.
Please also be advised you must be on Office 365 Business Premium,E1,E3 and E5 to be able have access to Microsoft Teams

 Step 2:
