Create Exchange Mailboxes for Office 365 users

Struggling to create to mailbox for office 365 user?

Step 1. un-assigned License for the user( Admin>users>active users>user name >edit product license> turn exchange license OFF) and scroll down to save.

Step 2. Sign out completely from the account.

Step 3. Log on to the account using private window (new incognito window) or another browser.
            Navigate to Admin>users>active users>user name >edit product license> turn exchange license ON and scroll down to save

Step 3: Try to access the user name mailbox on the web apps https://outlook.office.com/owa/


After successful log on to  https://outlook.office.com/owa/

Follow the instructions to set time zone for the mailbox.

Renew Office 365 Business Plans Steps: Log on to the portal.office.com with your Administrator account Navigate to Billing>subscriptions Once the process is completed return to the admin portal and verified the license is assign to the users. Enjoy office 365.
